Dec11: Made his hurdles debut at Towcester, and did the job of settling early on and finishing the race more strongly, despite over reacting to Dave Crosse's instructions to remain calm at the start. A step forward compared to his frenetic way of running bumpers.
Nov11: Closed out his bumper career with another excessively impatient effort, but he has schooled well over hurdles and the expectation is that he will settle better when there is a bit more thinking required in the race.
Dec10: Finally did make his debut right at the end of the year, in deep, deep, deep ground, and a bit deeper, at Uttoxeter. Turning for home, Bally Gunner had every chance of winning, but when he tired, his inexperience took a toll and he came home wiser, but very tired. Not a bad debut.
Apr10: One of the older newcomers, being a jumper in making, and he is on course for an April debut in bumpers.
